Program Description
MyCareer123 is a career-selection program that helps people choose a career using their own behavioral profile.
MyCareer123 helps people choose the right career in three steps. They take the DISC Career Management Assessment and receive a personalized report that matches their behavioral style to careers where they’re likely to succeed. They use the report’s links to explore those careers in a large online occupational database. Then they build their own career plan.
